Valley Transit is now offering a bus route to the far Northeast area of Appleton. For patients of Primary Care Associates, there are marked bus stop signs located on Enterprise Drive before and after Intertech Court. The bus arrives at these stops at approximately minutes :20 and :50 on each hour.

The Route 16 bus leaves the downtown transit center at the :45 minute of every hour but also offers additional trips during peak times departing at 6:15am, 7:15am, 8:15am, 3:15pm and 4:15pm.

Any patient that needs to use the Valley Transit bus service to get to our clinic should use Bus Route 16 Monday through Friday IF between the hours of 615a-450p. Any visit that would be outside of those hours should use Bus Route 6, but please note that this route only goes as far north as Northland Avenue/OO. The final stop for Route 16 at Primary Care Associates is at 5:25 pm, again Monday through Friday only.
