Primary Care Associates of Appleton announces the addition of Dr. Merici Awe and Dr. Michael Werner to our team of Family Practice providers.

Awe and Werner are both primary care physicians and specialize in general patient care including healthcare for chronic and acute illnesses, annual physical exams, immunizations, care for minor injuries, women’s health, and more.

Merici Awe is a 2006 medical school graduate from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and completed her residency at UW Health Fox Valley Family Medicine Residency in Appleton in 2009. She is board certified in Family Medicine.

Michael Werner, also board certified in Family Medicine, graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee in 2003 and completed his residency at UW Health Fox Valley Family Medicine Residency Program in 2006.

Drs. Awe and Werner will begin seeing patients Monday, September 30th, at 59 Park Place, Suite 100, in Appleton. They are accepting new patients and appointments can be made by calling our scheduling department at (920) 996-1060.
