Dr. Frerks joins the Family Medicine department at Primary Care Associates of Appleton

Primary Care Associates of Appleton is pleased to announce that Tara Frerks, MD, CAQ, has joined our practice and will be seeing patients at our clinic located at 3916 N. Intertech Court in Appleton.

Dr. Frerks received her medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School located in Minneapolis. She completed her residency at LaCrosse-Mayo Family Medicine Residency Program. She continued her training to obtain her Certificate of Added Qualification in Sports Medicine.

We are very excited to welcome Dr. Frerks. She provides a great blend of top-notch clinical education and knowledge with a strong passion for providing evidence-based care, and is certainly a great addition to our community!
