Effective Tuesday, September 14th, 2021, Dr. Merici Awe and Dr. Michael Werner will be moving their practices to our main facility located at 3916 N. Intertech Ct. in Appleton. Our satellite location at Park Place will officially close and will no longer be staffed. Signage will be placed on the door there as a visual notice, and our Patient Services representatives will be sure to remind all patients who have scheduled appointments with Drs. Awe and Werner to come to our Intertech Court location. 

We are so excited to have Dr. Awe and Dr. Werner joining us at our main location, and look forward to having our "PCAA family" all together in one building!
