Primary Care Associates of Appleton is pleased to welcome board-certified Family Medicine physician, Dr. Eugene Rigstad to our clinic starting July 2nd, 2018. Dr. Rigstad, who has been in practice nearly 30 years, provides personalized healthcare for the entire family including health screenings, preventive medicine, complete physicals, well-baby and well-child checks, as well as symptomatic and acute care.
