Rachel Rockweiler

As a lifelong patient of Primary Care Associates of Appleton, Rachel knows firsthand the high-quality, patient-centered care the physicians and staff of PCAA provide. Working in the primary care field allows her the opportunity to establish lasting relationships with patients. Creating a continuity of care, as well as promoting health literacy and education, are important to Rachel. Her goal is to engage patients as partners in their care decisions. Rachel as a strong focus on open communication, trust, and understanding between herself and her patients.
