Requesting a Refill

Request a prescription refill any hour of the day.

Requests for prescription refills can be conveniently requested via MyChart or by contacting the Primary Care Associates of Appleton’s Refill Line, 920-996-1065

MyChart and the Prescription Refill Line are available to patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! The prescription line is staffed Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Outside of these hours and for requests made after 4:00 p.m., voicemail is available and your message will be retrieved the next business day.

When contacting our Prescription Refill Line, please be sure to have the following information available:

  • Patient Name
  • Patient Date of Birth
  • Medication Name
  • Name & Location of Preferred Pharmacy (e.g. Target on Kensington, Walgreens on West College, etc.)
  • Callback Telephone Number

Plan ahead! Please allow 48 hours for your refill request to be completed.
