Primary Care Associates of Appleton is pleased to offer our patients the ability to pay their statements online through a secure payment system. Patients now have a fast, secure and convenient way to pay their bills online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Please have your most recent billing statement available to find the information needed to pay your bill online. There is never a charge for making an online payment and your bank or card account information is protected. Payments made before 7:30 p.m. are posted to your PCAA account the following business day.

Radiology Billing
Patients may receive a separate bill from Medical X-Ray Consultants (MXC) for the radiologist’s review and interpretation of imaging services. This is separate from PCAA’s billing and is not handled by Primary Care Associates of Appleton.
If you have questions about an MXC bill, your insurance coverage, or payment, please contact Medical X-Ray Consultants directly using the contact information provided on your MXC billing statement.
