Diabetes Specialist Roxanne Radich To Retire in March
In a letter sent to her patients dated February 23, 2022, Roxie shares the news that she will be retiring from Primary Care Associates of Appleton on March 10, 2022. Roxie has been with PCAA since November 2014.
Dear Patients and Friends, It has been a pleasure to serve the diabetic community for the last 36 years, and a privilege to work the last seven at Primary Care Associates of Appleton. During my time as a Diabetes Specialist, I have forged so many special professional and personal relationships with my patients and for this, I am grateful. I watched many families in the area grow, and have shared joy and heartache with many of you. I have sincerely enjoyed serving you, and I leave my clinical practice knowing that we have accomplished a great deal together. I appreciate your loyalty throughout the years and will take the memories with me into retirement. Upon retirement, with March 10, 2022, being my last day, I plan to travel, spend more time on gardening and reading, and spoil my grandchildren rotten. As I transition toward retirement, I assure you that you will continue to receive the quality care and service to which you have been accustomed as I pass along my patients to another provider who shares my passion for diabetic care. I am pleased to announce Amanda Smith, APNP, FNP-C, MSN, CDE, will be joining Primary Care Associates of Appleton and begin seeing patients as of March 14, 2022. Amanda has been providing care and treating diabetic patients in the community for over 13 years. All previously scheduled appointments will transition to Amanda upon my retirement. If there is anything that needs to be addressed before my departure, I encourage you to contact the office at (920) 996-1000 and speak with my triage nurse, Sheri. Thank you and God bless, Roxanne Radich, APNP, Diabetes Specialist
